Cancellation Policy
The Rabbit Creek B&B is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made less a $10 cancellation charge.
*A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Children/Pets
Children are welcome. They must be supervised at ALL times. Insurance policies require that children be supervised by parents at all times.
Pets are NOT accepted.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check in by 10:00 PM. If you are going to check in later, please call 859-983-3289 to advise us.
Check out – 12:00 PM
Rates
Room rates are subject to change based on the number of people occupying the room. Rates for the Special Events / Banquet Room) will be quoted as a package price.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
All major credit cards welcome.
Breakfast
In the mornings partake of our free, hearty, all-you-can-eat country breakfast. The menu changes daily, but you can expect such scrumptious items as waffles, french toast, crepes, omelets, pancakes, bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and other surprises. Also expect fresh fruits in season and juices to quench your thirst.
